The Australian Football League is set to introduce its traditional season fixture for the 2027 season. The league is discontinuing a 20-year-old tradition and eliminating the Footy Classified show hosted by Eddie McGuire. The new structure will include updated team rosters with changes to the best 23 players. The AFL Fans Association has expressed disappointment over the changes. The league has revealed the new fixture as part of broader concerns.
